In the last 4 years, the partners of CAM Development have come to understand that where we choose to live has an enormous impact on the lifestyle we can provide our families. We were like most folks – taking 40 minutes to go twelve miles because of bumper-to-bumper traffic to get to work each morning. And, after a long day at work, would do the same to get home. The exhaust, the aggressive drivers, the noise, the roadwork…it was and is a formula that adds stress to even the calmest people.
We found a different way to live.
Your lifestyle is something you choose. Families who have moved to the North Bonneville, Stevenson, and Carson areas have said it was the best choice they could have made for themselves. The majestic mountains, wondrous Columbia River, the beautiful waterfalls up I84…this is now their drive. We had a call from one Customer who said “My daughter and I just drove to Clackamas Town Center in 45 minutes and I was still smiling and relaxed when we got there. I had 2 stop lights when I got off the freeway. It would have taken me thirty-five minutes from where we used to live on the other side of Portland, and it would have been like driving to work…traffic, traffic, traffic. You said it would be wonderful living here and you were right. Thank you.”
